Summary: Good hotel. Covered parking lot is nice. close to downtown. the floors in our room were warped and bubbled up, and the faucet barely reached the sink in the bathroom, so water easily got on the counter. otherwise clean and nice.

Summary: Our suite was really big....but filled horribly. The couch was smaller than a loveseat and left so much unused space in the room that could have taken a bigger couch and/or table. The bathroom had enormous empty space which made no sense and could have easily used a tub (which I would have paid extra for) or extra storage. We specifically chose the suite for the separate bedroom only to realize at night time that there was no door therefore no privacy for the bedroom. Lastly the water pressure was nearly non-existent making washing hair very difficult. Sadly, we probably won't stay there again due to these inconviences.

Summary: Comfy and clean. Didn't have breakfast there this time, last time I did. Bought in their onsite snack store. Have stayed here before and each time has been a good experience. Friendly staff

Summary: Great place for a stop over! I was headed up to Sequoia National Park from San Diego with my Dad and we found this gem of a hotel for our stop-ocer going north and for coming south. Super impressed and super excited to stay here again.

Summary: Check in is 3 pm , we got to the hotel at 2:30. Arrived at the front desk and had to wait for the person to get to the front, stayed our room was not ready , but maybe by 2:45. So our family took a seat in the very nice lobby. Everything is very modern, clean, and fresh. Lobby restrooms were clean and well kept. Four different groups arrived after us and were all told their rooms were not ready. Seemed odd, but I got the feeling it's policy no one checks in before three. At 3 pm the line was now very long and suddenly all rooms are ready and we were the last to get in. There is a terrace on the second floor which is nice but was empty most of the time. The train which is across the street is loud ! Especially since the station is close by so you hear the horn. The breakfast in the morning is okay- seemed that when we got down at 8:45 - served 7 am to 10 am, most food was gone and not being replenished . None of the staff was rude but also not very helpful, always hiding in the back . The room does have a fridge - no freezer in it. The rooms are very nice and feel new. The hotel is very close to old town Newhall so plenty of places walking distance.

Summary: Short but Sweet! Coming up from San Diego to LA for a Giants vs Dodgers Game and needed to stay a night before road trip back home, San Jose. Staying Out of LA made sense making the road trip short. This was an AWESOME place that we have enjoyed. The Decor is unique and detailed. Very Cozy and Comfortable. thank you!
