Positive: The collective range of facilities, the modern fresh clean decor and the simply outstanding friendly staff, their assistance, helpfulness and service were all exceptionally good. Great value for money, lovely Japanese ambiance in the rooms and a clear culture of professionalism and customer focus prevailed. We loved everything about it. Close to public transport,bike hire and restaurants.

Negative: We’re amazed in 2026 to see that smoking rooms exist in such a beautiful facility. This disgusting habit is universally acknowledged as a cause of health issues including cancer and other fatal disease , as are the side effects of passive smoking. It has no place in a wellbeing facility of such exceptional quality and should be banned. Promote your wonderful hotel as smoke free, it will attract customers.

Positive: New property with access to a great Onsen facility, stylish public spaces, 600 m to Yuda Onsen station, good breakfast, welcoming and helpful staff.

Negative: The room was smaller than we expected. We booked a twin type B room thinking it was the larger of rooms in the hotel for two people. There was barely enough room for ourselves and two rollaboard luggage.

Summary: Reasonably priced onsen hotel, but small rooms.

Positive: The hotel and room was really clean. Check in was smooth and there was also a wide range of amenities that we could use freely. The onsen was also very comfortable, we went for it every night! I particularly liked the water dispenser in the hotel lobby too!

Positive: Pivate onsen (you can book - but costs extra) Accsess by car easy Locaton (Restaurants and bars next door)

Negative: Staff did not know how the parking works. We had to return 3 times to the reception until we got a valid ticket that worked to get out.
