Positive: The hotel and room was really clean. Check in was smooth and there was also a wide range of amenities that we could use freely. The onsen was also very comfortable, we went for it every night! I particularly liked the water dispenser in the hotel lobby too!

Positive: Traveling there from US, this hotel had a more genuine Japanese feel vs other hotels. The hot bath, room and breakfast were all fantastic.

Positive: Pivate onsen (you can book - but costs extra) Accsess by car easy Locaton (Restaurants and bars next door)

Negative: Staff did not know how the parking works. We had to return 3 times to the reception until we got a valid ticket that worked to get out.

Positive: Lovely traditional style beds and calming rooms. Staff did best to understand English. Close to centre.

Negative: Nothing really, sad we didn’t get to use the attached Onsen! Maybe next time.

Positive: The room was very nice—a combo of traditional bedding on tatami (ryokan style) and modern amenities. Front desk staff was always cordial and greeted you when you walked by. They also helped me converse with my car mental company to change my drop off time, which was something I would have struggled with. Very nice staff and wonderful, classy hotel. Onsen was clean and beautiful.

Negative: In small rooms, it’s always hard to open and access your suitcase.

Positive: The hotel has a contemporary and beautiful outdoor area. The room is on the smaller side but we like the sliding door separation and clean bathroom. We also appreciate the complimentary onsen visit next door and discount for parking at the nearby carpark building.
