Positive: I like that there is lobby seating and food available. The staff are amazing and remembered me from my stay 4 weeks prior

Negative: Was in an older room and it was quite small. However, it was very clean and the bed was comfy

Positive: The 4-bed female dorm was quiet. The bathroom was very clean and cleaned very regularly. The common space was nice, with enough chairs and plugs. The staff was kind and smiley, but I guess that's how they were trained to behave! I didn't lounge by the rooftop pool, but it has a nice view on the river!

Negative: The half-curtain of the bunk beds provided no privacy at all and that's a major throw-off that won't make me come back unfortunately. It was very echo-y in the common room, so quite noisy when there were a few people talking. The hostel is in the seedy red-light district, so it's a no-go for families with kids. I don't understand why they provided lockers if it is to tell us not to put any valuables inside? That made me wonder 1. The staff is not trained to not steal from guests? or 2. Guests/Travellers have stolen things from lockers? It raises the question of safety in your own room... Plus the fact that actually anyone can enter and come up the stairs where the rooms are as there's no checking who's a guest or not (the common room doubles as a café).

Positive: Great rooftop, food was delicious and the pool area so nice and pool clean. The staff was incredibly lovely and helpful. One staff member accompanied me to the hospital after an accident to make sure I got what I needed. The tours and tuktuks are also good and fairly priced. Definitely would recommend to stay here.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Very nice view from the rooftop pool and restaurant! Very central, was able to reach some sights by foot or with short tuktuk drive. Also the airport ist just app. 30 min tuktuk drive away!

Negative: The pool was not so clean and the taste of the water was not just chlorine but somehow.... salt.....and jelly gums..??

Positive: Staffs are really nice, friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and even cheaper than outside. Living area , bar and restaurant, pool area are always clean. I met so many nice people there. It is a fantastic place to stay in Phnom Penh. - Tin Tin ( I hope I spelled correctly ) she can even speaks Burmese language. I got surprised. She is lovely and friendly.

Negative: Would be great if they provide fully curtain.
