Positive: There is parking, but has to be paid for. The staff on reception were exceptional. Very helpful, pleasant, an absolute delight. The food in the brasserie, although fairly pricey, was really good. I would recommend it. The hotel was in an excellent central location, close to the Pantiles.

Negative: I didnt like the green light in the bedroom which was continually on, therefore it was too light in the room for good sleep. Although we did not approach the hotel to see if it could be turned off… I certainly couldn’t turn it off.

Summary: I recommend this hotel.
