Summary: Furniture in lobby/patio area pretty worn - some of the patio furniture had holes in it. Light in shower didn’t work. Not big things, but expect more for a Rock Resort.

Summary: My family stayed next door which I thought was so much nicer. The hotel beds were not that comfortable and everything in the resort closed early. Overall, the room was nice.

Summary: The location to the base of Peak 8 and restaurants / ski snowboarding school was so convenient. Ski valet was excellent. The negatives were lack of hot water during peak times, morning and early evening. Staff members informed me that hot water can run out because the boiler is in the basement and takes a while to go up to the 5th floor. Furniture was worn out and should be replaced, specifically the Murphy Bed. Front desk sent someone to fix the Murphy Bed within 24 hours. TVs were old and screen size were small for size of the living room.
