Summary: Breckenridge delayed the opening of their summer activities and extended their mountain closure past the time of our reservation. This decision was made after our payment was non-refundable (one month prior to the rental). Red Awning was inflexible in offering any relief, so we paid a premium price for a closed mountain with no activities. The place is very nice and spacious, but the draconian policy put forth by Red Awning made the vacation challenging. If the owners decided to go with a more reputable company, this condo would easily earn 5 stars.
