Negative: Wifi connectivity wasn’t great, would have been nice to have some wood ready for guests (not just kindling) and only one roll of toilet paper for weekend stay.

Positive: A beautiful house. The interiors were well thought out with high quality finishes. Two living spaces which was great for a family. Well appointed kitchen and appreciated the Nespresso machine! Excellent central heating. The house is in an excellent location.

Negative: The bathroom is structurally problematic as it floods. The amount of flooding is a serious slip hazard and a potential liability. The house needs a good de-cobbing include removal of spiders. There is an electrical fault that needs to be addressed. This property has huge potential but as it currently stands, it should be taken off the short-term rental market and addressed to ensure safety for renters.

Positive: This cottage is beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings. The rooms are very spacious and the layout /building structure enables good privacy between rooms. The living areas provide options for either being all together or finding your own secluded space. Lovely presentation- will happily stay there again.
Negative: The bathroom is small and stepping into and out of the bath/shower might be troublesome for some.
