Charming 1860's cottage set in a private English garden in the Adelaide Hills in the heart of Stirling, nestled in a No Through road, 3 min walking distance to all local amenities. A perfect spot for touring the wineries, and festivals.
Featuring Three bedrooms and a reading room (queen, double and single).
Wood combustion (wood not supplied)heater for the cooler months as well as a reverse cycle split system, and a fully equiped country kitchen.
On site parking, wifi, coffee machine and chrome cast. Long thin driveway with no turnaround at end, have to be comfortable with reversing in a straight line.

Summary: Wonderful cottage and area

Summary: Communication was good so not sure why there was a mix up on arrival. This did not however detract from the cottage when we got in. Very cosy and warm when fire was going and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Drive way was an issue.

Summary: Cottage was lovely. Clean and plenty of room/s for 3 people to share comfortably. Only issue was the driveway...it was very narrow and took a great deal of care to negotiate it. Our designated driver found it difficult and felt it might deter her from returning but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Summary: The outside and garden area was disappointing. Messy garden, lots of weeds. Seating area, damp . Overhead drapes , mouldy . There were 4 of us staying at this residence, and only 1 key!! Should be 1 key per couple.

Summary: A quaint cottage with a delightful garden. Kitchen needs renovation - cupboard doors don't fit, cracked mismatched china is a disgrace and would cost very little to replace. Bedrooms are small - only one has a chest of drawers and there are no wardrobes anywhere. Driveway is narrow and unsuitable for anything wider than a medium sedan.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at Mabel cottage!! The cottage is a gorgeous original cottage, immaculately presented with plenty of room for a family. The gardens are stunning with lovely outdoor areas to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of your surroundings. The beds and linen at Mabel cottage are of the highest quality and the bathroom with its luxurious spa was a real treat.
