This apartment features one bedroom, one NEWLY RENOVATED bathroom, a new kitchen, new dining area furniture, new living room furniture and new floors throughout the apartment.
The large bedroom contains two queen size beds.
The Living area contains a Queen Size sofa bed.
The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops contains a full size refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, glassware, plates, and silverware are supplied.
New dining room and living room furniture, as well as, new floors were installed in July 2021.
Balcony with table and chairs overlooking a beautiful direct view of the ocean. The enclosed balcony has glass panel windows that open, like sliding patio doors, to provide an open balcony experience.
There are 65" flat screen smart TV in the living Room and a 50" smart tv in the bedroom with cable service for each.
All linens and towels are supplied
Iron and ironing board is supplied.
Laundry facilities are located in the resort basement .
Valet parking is available to our guests at $18/day.
High-speed Internet wireless is available in the apartment and lobby.

Summary: Newly remodeled, very clean condo to celebrate my 50th birthday. Elizabeth, the property manager, was there for anything we needed & very helpful. Tiki bar is always a plus for us as well! Enjoyed my week there!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay over the long weekend! Elizabeth was great with communication and information on the area. Easy check in and out. We arrived late and didn’t have time to head to store… no worries the condo had everything needed to start us off. Having the beach, pool and view from your own balcony were all priceless. The Bamboo Tiki bar was also a lot of fun! We were down here to watch our daughter play volleyball but had so much fun in between!
