Summary: The receptionist was very rude with one of my family members, she was in her phone talking and people waiting in the line to be attended. She needs to provide more attention to her job and be respectful with the guests.

Summary: Overall it was a wonderful stay! I am a local that wanted to do a single night staycation with my mom, a girls’ weekend. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the tiki bar and pool area. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t appealing so we went out for dinner. If I was to critique anything it would be the restaurant. It felt more like a cafeteria which would be good for breakfast in the morning however it lacked the type of dining vibes that most would appreciate while enjoying dinner.

Summary: The rooms were newly renovated but still had signs of severe wear and tear. The “partial ocean view” was a joke - we just stared out at the roof of the boutique blocking the ocean. The fire alarm went off at midnight, scaring us and urging for an evacuation. Room was never cleaned and only provided with decaf coffee. That said, it’s in a great area, steps to the beach, and the pool and hot tub were great. The tiki bar was overpriced and rowdy. Go to the tiki bar at the restaurant next door for a cheaper, better experience.
