Positive: The place is amazing. We absolutely loved it and wished we have booked longer. Tents are clean comfortable and amazing views in every direction. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
Negative: The road to the site is very bad. But passable and worth it when you get there. Well signposted. Also if you have dietary issues I would let them know is it’s a set menu. Although the food as fantastic.

Negative: Tents were hot. Fan was ineffective. Overpriced for what you received. The staff were dramatically trimming a tree whilst we were there to improve the view from a tent ... poor taste. Swimming pool towels were only used once and then washed. Waste of water

Positive: It is one of the best lodges we stayed in Namibia. The location was a little difficult to find (but staff was very helpful to explain the directions on the phone) but very exclusive location and it was stunning! The staff were extremely friendly, they were genuinely very nice people. The food was also delicious. They offer different excursions like a nature drive to see elephants or a hiking tour to see the rock paintings.
Negative: The pool area was super nice but there were many flies which didn’t let us chill there.

Positive: Ondjamba Hills is a beautiful new tented lodge. The reception and general service were excellent. We were met at the designated parking area where our luggage was transferred to their vehicle and we were taken to reception by a driver. The lodge is situated on a hill with spectacular views of the valley below. Dinner and breakfast were equally good.
Negative: Wifi only available at the lapa and reception.

Positive: The rooms were great and the views were stunning. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Negative: The communal areas lacked atmosphere. They could really benefit from a fire to sit around or some music. Not the properties fault but there were terrible flies around the swimming pool making it uncomfortable to sit around. Also, the desert elephants are now too far away so it’s not possible to do a half day excursion to see them.
