Summary: A pleasant and comfortable house with a wonderful view on Lake Trasimeno. Perfect location to explore the villages around the lake and the landscape and cities in Umbria. The house is very clean and complete and the owner Rita is an excellent host really taking care of her guests. We will be back!

Summary: We loved our stay at Rita's house and love Rita. She is warm, kind and very helpful. She always checked up on us to see how we were doing. We also enjoyed the town San Feliciano very much. It's a good location for day trips to neighboring towns. The best part of the house is the view of the lake. It's unbeatable. We enjoyed having drinks and eating our meals on the terrace looking out toward the lake. We are already thinking about coming back next year if possible.

Summary: The property description was accurate, however, nothing prepares you for the stunning views from the beautiful garden. The villa was very peaceful, being located on a private road with very little traffic. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed including a barbecue which we always enjoy on holiday. The location was excellent and we visited many wonderful places including Perugia, Siena, Assisi, Panicale, Piediluco lake to watch a rowing regatta and many places around Lake Trasimeno including lovely Castiglione del Lago. We took a boat trip across the lake to Isola Polvese which was beautiful and peaceful. We caught a train from Terontola to Rome, which was just over a 2 hour train journey. We also visited the War Cemetery at Orvieto which was a very moving experience. The owner, Rita, was the perfect host. She made sure we had everything we needed, was always there to help but also respected our privacy which we appreciated. We spent a lovely evening with her chatting over Prosecco and lovely food. She is a delightful lady and her English was much better than our Italian! Thank you very much for allowing us to share your beautiful house. Andrew & Carolyn

Summary: We stayed at Mrs. Rita s apartment for one week to our perfect satisfaction. Big, well furnished kitchen and living room ( where kids can play when it rains outside), cozy bedrooms , a bathroom with jacuzzi and what s more important, a cinemascopic view to the lake and the hospitality of the owner, Mrs. Rita, who was always there when we needed her. To put it shortly, a perfect stay, already recommended to all our friends who plan to travel to Tuscany and Umbria.

You do not have to travel far to see the most beautiful places in Umbria. Now to the "hostess": we have never received so lovingly, with a lot of effort and friendliness you will be supported and with great tips for excursions, Rita you are irreplaceable and therefore alone, we will be back. You're the perfect hostess, thank you! Here the price / performance ratio fits 100% We could use the WIFI of Rita, worked just fine, and who can do without German television on vacation, this is the place. The Umbrian cuisine inspired us, who are the prices still very humane the Toscana knows ...... in Umbria. Conclusion: perfect location for nature and culture lovers

Summary: "The appartment was exactly as in the advertissement and excellent in all respects, clean and fully equipped (even with Jacuzzi bath tub!). Mornings/evenings on the terrace facing lake Trasimeno were exceptional. Easy access to motorway is an asset - it was simple to get to Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio, not mentioning Cortona, Montepulciano and Pienza. Rita, the Owner and Her daughter Christia were fantastic hosts and its pity we did not have more time to spent together. We enjoyed our stay and we can recommend the place to everyone."

Summary: "We enjoyed a lovely two weeks at Lake Trasimeno in July 2012. The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The views over the Lake were stunning and we enjoyed several wonderful sunsets. The apartment is close to lots of historic towns and cities, our favourite being Cortona just 20 minutes by car. Rita was a an excellent host, there when we needed her but not intrusive."
