Positive: The view is stunning! The property is well kept and full of olive trees. There’s a barbecue area, a well let garden and plenty of parking space. The communication was efficient and Fabio did a great job on going through every detail and making sure we were good. I was worried with the spiral stair case, but at the end of the day, I felt that the stair case was safe and did not bother me at all. The house is fully stocked with all you meed to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. I would love to come back on day.

Positive: We loved the view from the balcony - especially for sunset. The property is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for home cooking. The gardens are beautiful. The lounge, tv, wifi is all working well and super comfortable.

Negative: The bed was not so comfortable. Everything else was great.

Summary: We loved our stay here. It felt like being in paradise and is a great base to explore the area.

Positive: The house is lovely and the view from the terrasse is wonderful. A magic place to be for breakfast and dinner. The kitchen is well equipped and on very hot days we appreciated having air conditioning. Loved the bowling run and being in the trees. Perfect place to go on day trips to Assisi, Perugia etc Location is brilliant if you want to run & hike along the lake or up in the hills and cycling (mountain bikes) we recommend a visit to the Poggio Santa Maria (wine cellars): their olive oil is perfect and their wines are beautiful

Negative: Drought means that lake is slowly but surely disappearing and only swim really is on the leisure canter at bottom of the road. Easily accessed on foot though. The drive to property from gate is very steep so make sure you have a good car, small engine did struggle a bit.

Positive: Fabulous view. Well maintained and beautiful landscaping. The resident cats.

Negative: The spiral staircase to the bedrooms was a challenge. We were not aware of the spiral stairs which are very narrow. We relied on Fabio to carry our luggage up the stairs when we arrived. He kindly returned to carry our luggage down prior to our departure. Also, the toilet seat in the upper bathroom was loose and falling off.

Summary: Overall we had a pleasant stay. However, it could have been better with some improvements to the property.
