Negative: The service at the front desk was unpleasant throughout our stay. Since the room is essentially an upgraded tent, we expected a pleasant public space to sit in, but the only space available was the dining room, which was uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Positive: Lovely place to stay. Food was good. When we were moved after the first night then the room was amazing. Lovely to sit by the river.

Negative: We had booked a river view room and because of an Italian tour group we were given a room further away from the river. We booked a long time ago so am annoyed tour group took priority. We were moved for the second night.

Summary: Insist on a riverside room - they are the best.
