Positive: Clean and tidy apartment

Negative: We were unable to prepare food as planned because the sink was leaking. Whenever we tried to use the sink, water leaked onto the floor through the dishwasher. Since cooking often involves washing up, we had to make the decision to eat out, which is not cost-effective. I think photos were misleading as well, the apartment wasn’t a lake view, it was a mountain view.

Summary: Communication with the caretaker was efficient, but they were unable to fix the issues since we stayed for a short time.

Positive: Home away from home. :) It has everything we needed and it’s located in a very convenient location near the train station. Also it’s just a block away from Coop and a few great cafes. Love the little balcony too. And the whole place is so clean! We will definitely stay there again if we come to interlaken. Also Deniz is a wonderful host! :)

Negative: Slightly expensive.

Positive: The apartment location was great, walking distance from main places almost 15 to 20 minutes max, Interlaken station west was just minutes away and OST was 20 mins. We enjoyed our stay the view of the mountain was great, I was hoping Lakeview but still worth it.

Negative: Few coffee pods as our stay was 4 nights so we had to go and buy our own, clear instructions would have been good.

Positive: Deniz is very helpful and patient with all my requests and questions. The location is quite convenient, roughly 10min away from Interlaken West station, and there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores in 5 min walking distance.

Negative: It would be nicer if there were blinds at the bedroom window.

Summary: Overall pleasant stay, great location. Helpful owner/staff.
