Positive: We had a really nice room that gave us a balcony overlooking Jungfrau. It was so nice. Room was a good size for traveling. I enjoyed the tea that was available at any time. Staff was nice and attentive. We we’re able to park our car each night at the hotel which is something I always need traveling with children.

Negative: Breakfast was ok. Would have liked more coffee and food options since we paid for breakfast and I’ve stayed at Interlaken before in a hotel with more options. Some hotels provide a fan and since our room got hot at night I would have enjoyed that option.

Summary: Cute little hotel in a great spot that has wonderful views!

Positive: Good location, just a 10-minute walk from Interlaken West.

Negative: The breakfast was quite weak, with limited variety and quality that could definitely be improved. Our room was right next to the main entrance, so we could hear people coming in and out.

Positive: Helena was excellent; very professional, polite and welcoming (very rare in Switzerland to find all those traits). Property was very close to the train station, breakfast was good and the room size was good as well. There was plenty of space to sit in the garden & enjoy the view to the snowy mountains. Will definitely recommend a stay.
