Luxury loft in the heart of Old Town! This 810 square foot studio loft features an open floor plan, wood and slate flooring, stainless steel appliances and lofted ceilings. This fully furnished unit includes a Queen sized sleep number adjustable bed, cable TV, a DVD player and high speed internet. Walk out onto your own private 330 square foot rooftop terrace and get lost in the city and mountain views.
Other features include a locked private entrance with elevator, and parking pass for convenient parking. Located in the center of town, you’re within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, groceries, nightlife and other seasonal activities such as outdoor concerts.
Our favorite things to do is visit the Fort Collins Museum of Art (located across the street) biking and walking on the many Fort Collins Trails or spending time visiting the local breweries.

Summary: We love Fort Collins, and this condo was a great place to stay and enjoy the city. The fourth-floor patio is wonderful with a great view of the area. The unit itself was very nice, and well stocked. We really only used the coffee maker, and it worked great. We hope to come back in the near future. We may have missed the hot tub, and spa tub, but I don't think they exist, or we had no idea where to find them. That is why only four stars for the "Accuracy of online listing*".

Summary: Great location. Very clean and convenient to everything in town. Only downside would be no shades on the wall of windows. Very bright as soon as the sun came up. But the view was great.

Summary: This property was exactly what I needed for my trip to Ft. Collins. The location is perfect and nestled conveniently in my favorite area of Ft. Collins, Old Town and close to CSU. Communication with Christine and John was easy, the loft had everything we could have needed to make a comfortable stay.

Summary: This property was perfect for us. We biked the nearby bike trails, attended 2 CSU volleyball games and experienced the Old Town area. The trees were beautiful and rental property exceeded our expectations. We parked our vehicle when we arrived and didn’t start it until our trip home. Maybe our best vacation ever.
