Summary: The loft is clean and nicely decorated. It's small but fine for 2-3 people. Great spot right in the heart of downtown FoCo. A little noisy at night on the weekend but that is to be expected if you're staying downtown in a college town.

Summary: The rental was in a great location. There’s just a few odds and ends to fix like lightbulbs that were out, Wi-Fi that was spotty and the queen bed sheets had a stain. But you can’t be the location within old town

Summary: Had a college friend and her daughter visit from Chicago to look at schools so we decided to stay a night in Fort Collins. This Condo was absolutely perfect and the location couldn't have been more perfect with it being right in the heart of town near restaurants and shops. The owner was quick to respond and very thoughtful. Thank you for sharing your home! We'll book again.

Summary: We ditched our kids with my mom who was in from out of town over the Thanksgiving holiday to do a little shopping as well as getting a much-needed break. This place was just as we hoped. The location can’t be beat, coffee shop is right downstairs, comedy club is 5 minutes walk , and restaurants are in every direction. Also, we had a great time watching the snow fall from the big windows. We hope to be back soon!

Summary: We came for a college tour and chose this for its location. Everything is within walking distance… cute shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. The loft was clean with comfy beds. You do get a bit of town noise at all hours of the night but it was expected. Parking is not provided but the cheap lot around the corner was sufficient.
