Positive: The location was absolutely brilliant ,the beautiful beach was only 30 mts away from the front door , the cottage exceeded our expectations , very cosy indeed , very clean and well equipped throughout , the building itself is very eye catching and beautifully restored , we will most likely come again one day ,

Negative: The tv I couldn’t find a lot of channels and the overflow on the bath needs attention , but please be sure this is minor , didn’t reflect on our holiday at all

Negative: No direct access to the garden from the cottage, required to go into lane first. Minor point which didn't cause difficulty though.

Positive: Beautiful, interesting cottage - very close to the beach - cosy and comfortable. Only 25mins walk into Berwick on Tweed, and lots of lovely walks along the coastal path.

Negative: The oven! All temperatures had worn off the switches, so guess work to use.

Positive: The location was excellent.

Negative: The shower cubicle needs a good clean. The cooker needs a good clean, didn't use it. The entrance door is sticking, we had to contact the owner for the key safe number as the wrong one supplied by Booking. Co.
