Positive: Stayed for two nights with my Husband for our first wedding anniversary. Was absolutely brilliant. The trail along the beach and in to the hills was great fun to trek along, we walked for miles and the views were to die for. The guesthouse sits right on the mainline for east coast railway, so we were right up and close to the trains too. In our element. Got some great photographs and had such a laugh. The view from our window was amazing, waking up to the sun rise and falling asleep to the crashing of waves right outside was perfect. We stayed in the Dragon room which had the most comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and amazing view. Looking over the seafront, I couldnt believe this was someone's home! Was lovely and warm too as it had been freezing that week. There was one night of biblical rain, so we decided a stent in the hot tub in the rain was a good idea, it was! The cool rain and the hot water was lush! Used the pool every night, showers just next to the pool so you arent walking in the cold and sauna available to use too!! Took advantage of the shared kitchen, great oven once I worked it out 😆 Paul very kindly provided milk and eggs and breakfast cereal, we had lovely fish and chips from corvis in town, and the best bit was our fillet from foxtons. Best steak ive had in a while, and im a chef. So that's saying something 😉 Paul was fabulous, even gave us his own driveway! Such a gent. We'll be back! And for longer next time, two nights just wasn't enough ❤️

Positive: Really quirky and unique decor! Lovely view of beach! Great area. Use of hot tub and pool! Felt warm and friendly and everything was clean. Shared facilities such h as kitchen and hot tub and pool but other guests were friendly and respectful. Friendly and laidvack atomosphere. All in all totally worth the money! Will be back.
Negative: Was a bit cold and room was a little small but everything else made up for it.

Positive: Perfect little get away. Sitting watching the sea whilst having your breakfast. Perfect. Rooms are clean & cosy. Love that there are cereals, milk, bread eggs, coffee. Tea sugar there. That little touch makes a massive difference.
Negative: Really Wish we could have stayed for a lot longer.
Summary: 2nd time we have been (same time last year) we are already book up for the same time next year.

Positive: Good location opposite the promenade and close to Berwick town centre too. Helpful host and parking right outside
Negative: Shared kitchen is a good idea but bit chaotic at times with all guests trying to cook or make tea at same time. Nevertheless there's a good selection of things available for breakfast

Positive: We liked that the host after showing us around left us 2 get on with the rest of our stay after showing us around.we like that we could use the facilities eg . swimming pool ,hot tub when we liked..
Negative: The only thing was that we wished we had a kettle in our room ,as we had 2 go 2 the shared kitchen 2 make a cuppa in our night wear.

Positive: Really nice and friendly hosts, we arrived early but was no problem letting us in. Rooms were clean, very comfortable and well furnished. The hot tub was great (didn't swim in the pool, but looked good) Loved the breakfast room. Right on the beach.
Negative: Place was busy - so we had a room with a separate shower room - but it was fine. Eastwatch is a long way from the main town of Berwick for the pubs and restaurants - had to drive in
