Welcome to Greenwood Shores - A two bedroom, 1 bath condo in the quiet Ocean Park Meadows community, situated within a 5 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to the pier and 10 minute walk to Ocean Park beaches and shops.
First Floor unit includes spacious living room with smart TV (no cable), DVD player, movies, window AC unit, books and board games.
Two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a queen bed, second bedroom with a twin bed and twin bunk bed.
Fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas range. 1 bath with tub/shower and washer/dryer.
Gas grill and dining table on private patio. Complex includes tennis courts and salt water pool.
We also have beach chairs, beach buggy, beach umbrella, toys and boogie boards for guest use.

No smoking on complex grounds

Summary: Propery is great for kids and family. Will definitely be back. Nicer than all options close to pier. My host were excellent. Could not have asked for a better trip. Everything you need for beach is already there. Just bring your clothes and family and enjoy.

Summary: This property is awesome! The listing was spot on so there were no surprises. It was immaculate, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds were comfy. The location is perfect, especially the very short walk to the beach. Michelle was a very gracious host, providing everything we needed prior to arrival, and readily available if we had any questions. This was our first visit to Maine so we really appreciated her recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Old Orchard Beach!
