Summary: We had a wonderful overnight stay celebrating our bride-to -be with a mix of family and friends. Jason is a wonderful host and was very communicative throughout. The house was even better than the photos and we already can't wait to plan our next stay! We felt very much at home, the house has charm and character (we loved the wrap around porch for our morning coffee talk), the kitchen area was spacious and the hub for cooking and laughter. There were other areas to peel off too to have some quiet time and enough beds for us all (12 of us!). We are local to the area and it felt like a little get away. The only negative was that we all wish we could have stayed longer. Next time!

Summary: Planned for our wedding with family members. House doesn’t sleep 20 as advertised. Futon in kitchen/back entrance was not a sleeping option for us. Day of Checkin an additional $600 was requested when I thought we were paid in full. Was charged even for infant same as adult VRBO customer service was excellent negotiated - just didn’t like the last minute surprise the day of Checkin - I was upfront at booking with the numbers of children -but wasn’t invoiced for them initially is what appears to have been the issue

Summary: An incredible 2 night stay in a warm wonderful Victorian beach house about 20yards from the ocean. it was my 80th birthday celebration with 7 dear friends…We ate well, walked the beach and definitely slept well.
