Positive: Wow, truly lost for words to sum up this remarkable place. From the moment you enter the grounds you are completely taken away by the beauty of the place and the top tier service provided by the hosts. We were so lucky to experience our stay in the east wing of the amazing Tudor building. The rooms are complete luxury and immediately we felt at home when we stepped foot inside. It has absolutely everything you need and more to make your stay extra special. What an amazing place to spend our seven year anniversary and we cannot wait to come back in future. Thanks Gil and Phil.

Positive: One of the owners (Gil) met us as we arrived and was very welcoming. We were treated to a lovely passion fruit cocktail which we both enjoyed and Gil provided us lots of information for our stay. The setting of the Old Hall is exceptional and we were especially looking forward to meeting all the animals. Having watched 'Four in a Bed' before booking our three night stay at the Old Hall lived up to all our expectations . And More!! What a lovely stay - So good... we booked again to come back for a short Christmas stay. A BIG THANK YOU to the owners and their staff.

Negative: We liked and could find no faults with anything. The setting of the Old Hall, The Coach House, the gardens, and the staff. The owners in particular were willing to give of their time and the recommendations they gave for dining out met with our full approval. We went to three of their favourite cafes and restaurants and they were particularly good. We've already booked to revisit the two restaurants at Christmas. Although they were a little drive away from the Hall they were well worth the journey.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Old Hall and it is well worth future stays.

Positive: Before I arrived Gil made sure everything was confirmed and in order. I cannot tell you the level of detail and thoughtful detail that was given to me and my family it was just breathtaking. Gil made everything and more happen. The fireplace was on when we arrived, we had beautiful cakes and items in our rooms ready for us on arrival. I cannot tell you how it made us feel. We felt like royalty. The property is IMMACULATE everything is just outside of this world and I been to many five star hotels this was not just an air bnb this was an experience in the realms of extraordinary.

Negative: There was nothing, everything was so well thought out, I felt safe and thought of I wish I had another macaroon and I could have spent another day there, there was not enough time.

Summary: Four in a bed winners… exceptional professional and most of all so fun I loved Phil and Gil I wish we couldn’t leave.

Positive: Stunning location and accommodation! Gil and Philip exceptional hosts. A perfect few days with everything we could possibly ask for and more. A truly memorable experience which we will definitely we will definitely be revisiting. We loved the grounds and the donkeys, Finn - Phil’s beautiful horse, the amazing chickens and goats, and their gorgeous dogs!So much thought and love has gone into everything. The accommodation was stunning. Every detail just perfect with beautiful views over the gorgeous gardens with wonderful places to relax and enjoy. Gil and Philip so welcoming and friendly. So helpful with the suggestions for our itinerary. It really made our stay special. Can’t recommend highly enough, we will definitely be returning. Thank you both, so much xx
