Positive: It was a lovely cottage with everything you needed, some really nice little touches. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and everywhere was very clean.

Negative: I think it should be clearer when booking through booking.com that the price you pay doesn't include the cost of a dog. I specified I was taking a dog and assumed it was included in the price. I don't think this is the fault of the owner it's not clear with booking.com so there is an extra payment on arrival.

Positive: The views from the cottage were amazing. We had two patios one for the morning sun & one for the evening which was perfect. The location was quiet & relaxing. Lots of room for the 3 of us in the coach house. It was only a short drive to Bewts-y-coed. Parking was right next to the cottage. There are two other holiday cottages next door. The host was lovely and replied very quickly to any queries we had.

Positive: The cottage was lovely and comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen had all crockery and utensils, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. Also, the host was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning.
