Positive: Beautiful location. Everything we needed - well kitted out. Great as an escape from everything. Lovely walk into Betws-y-coed - makes a great base for exploring.

Negative: My daughter has asthma and minutes after arriving she had an acute asthmatic episode triggered by the multiple plug in air fresheners! As soon as they were all unplugged and windows opened everything was fine.

Summary: Great long weekend with family - very relaxing.

Positive: Loved the location quiet in the middle of nowhere, perfect for chilling after long walks exploring

Negative: Internet dropped out for several hours, which wouldn’t normally be an issue but no phone reception in the house and it also meant no tv worked. Board games got pulled out instead.

Positive: Lovely setting, well equipped, clean and the hot tub was a lovh treat!

Negative: TV on the wall is a little high and uncomfortable to watch is the only niggle we had. But not a big deal as had lots of board games and time spent out on walks
