Summary: Location is great, but Suite 1 (my room) was disappointing and the listing felt misleading. It’s a ground-floor unit at the back with windows facing a lightwell/courtyard where the walls are peeling and multiple A/C compressors are mounted. One compressor was extremely loud (like a fan blade rubbing / drill-like noise) and made it hard to relax or sleep. I messaged the property and got no response. Check-in was handled by the restaurant chef downstairs—polite, but not equipped to help with room issues. Small details matter: the room used very harsh, cool LED lighting, which made the space feel unwelcoming. Overall, the location is the best part, but this room needs maintenance and better attention to guest comfort.

Summary: Absolutely an excellent location, one block from the Beach; two blocks from the lovely Pier. Many stores nearby, pharmacies, barbers and salons, laundries, groceries, cool bars - and many excellent restaurants, at all price levels. In fact one of the areas prettiest & Best Restaurants - Azafran, is right downstairs; on site. The young Head Chef is ultra talented; and knowledgeable about His Craft, Food and Wines. Rest of the service staff is impeccable as well. The Chicken Cordon Blu, with a divine mushroom soup in a wine glass - is a treat to behold. The area is close to many inexpensive public bus routes to excellent Southern Beaches, Cool Northern Destinations and well known shopping malls and all the favorite well known stores. Down at the nearby Pier many boat excursions are available to ocean accessible only enclaves; such as Yelapa, Las Animas and many more. The many helpful and knowledgeable Tour Professionals at the Pier Stands and Office - will make sure You are able to pick a tour that suits You, Your Family, Group and pocketbook. Boat drivers, crew and support staff are all serious about your safety, comfort and enjoyment. Back to the Room. Very safe and private access. Ultra clean. Nice Mexican feel. Nice view from the balconies and terraces. Rooms have all you need - nice size fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and most kitchen utensils you would typically require.
