Summary: Hello all! This place cannot be any more central in Denver. Walking distance to all the food and drink you want. (Pub across the street)fantastic Mexican restaurant we visited 2 times out of three days. We were in Denver for 3 total days and stayed with them for 2 night. Judith made sure we were taken care of even on the night we didn’t stay and sent us with food on our early departure morning which was fantastic! Judith and Doc were wonderful, welcoming and warm hosts. We also loved being greeted by Wilson and Lucy every time we came in. You can’t get that in a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks to Judith and Doc, so accommodating.

Summary: I had a wonderful experience. I had a great room with the private bath and balcony. The hosts were very warm and welcoming. And the location was perfect for my needs. I will definitely stay at the Off Broadway B&B again.

Summary: Comfortable room, pleasant stay. Breakfast was tasty, and the hosts were very friendly. Everything as expected. A great value for the money. There's a fair amount of street noise that can bleed into the room, so I recommend bringing a sound machine.
