Summary: The rental is super clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is great- just off Broadway where you can walk to so many stores/restaurants and bars. The owner responds to emails very quickly. Only downside is the stairs to the entrance. Definitely will stay there again!

Summary: Can’t say enough about how well appointed this place was. Not only was it updated and clean but every detail was covered to make you feel at home. From comfortable beds/pillows, paper towels, tissues, tp, all soaps/detergents, shampoo/conditioner and even sunscreen! The host was easily reached and tended to the TV remote issue we had immediately We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to all

Summary: My cousin and I went to Denver for a concert. The two bedroom one bath was perfect for us. Super cute place! Numerous restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend BurnDown. It was so good that we ate there twice. Host responded immediately. Highly recommend this property!

Summary: This is an amazing property in a hip Denver neighborhood. The host was very responsive to a minor problem, fixed right away. Pretty steep stairs so not for anyone with mobility issues. Would absolutely stay here again. it was fixed.
