Summary: Kim is very friendly and helpful. She is a gracious host! Great location for touring Broadway and downtown Nashville. Great back deck for resting in morning and watching barges and wildlife or relaxing at end of day!

Summary: Kim was a terrific host. Her condo was just perfect. Right on the Cumberland River with all the comforts of home. Kim was available by text with a quick response for any questions we had including recommendations for a good pizza. Although it was only 1.5 miles from Broadway it was a little far of a walk for us. (We’re in our 60’s). Uber was just a short ride away. We would totally stay here again!

Summary: We had a awesome time and the condo was perfect for us. We did a lot of walking and it was niece to come back from the craziness of Boardway and relax. Really liked being next to the river and watch the going ons. The swimming pool was pretty cold but you could work on your tan.
