Q: Our Flight gets in early / leaves late. What can we do with our bags if we want to explore more.
A: If we can accommodate we will certainly try. Unfortunately the Riverfront does not have a main lobby or place you can secure your belongings. When we have β€œback to back” bookings it is nearly impossible. However, consider downloading the app β€œBounce” where for a few dollars you can leave your belongings and return for it later.
Q: Are you Pet Friendly?
A: Not knowing the allergies of our future guests prevents us from permitting pets to stay in our unit. Sorry...
Q: May we smoke on the deck.
A: There are designated smoking areas on the property with Beautiful Views of the River. We ask guests to refrain from smoking on the balcony. We worry about smoke coming into the unit and adhering to the decor and furniture. Please be mindful of our future guests..
Q: May we have packages / groceries delivered?
A: Yes, most packages get left at the bottom of the β€œ900 stairs”. It is best to request packages / groceries to be delivered to the front door.
Q: Is there a Grill.
A: Yes, both Gas and Charcoal (Guests provide charcoal).
Q: We are very neat people. Can we waive the cleaning fee?
A: No, we want to ensure a high standard of cleanliness for all our guests and feel the best way to ensure this happens is to have a professional cleaning staff clean the unit after we exit.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We have a 30 day cancellation policy. However, if you need to cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book the unit we will refund you the difference.
Q: Balcony Spiders, Webs, and Bugs Oh My!
A: Being on the river this is a difficult to regulate. We do have monthly pest control and our cleaners do a good job of cleaning the webs after each guests but spiders are persistent and they do return from time to time.
As our listing advises we are located in DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. We are just like any other metropolitan area with traffic, construction, and homeless issues from time to time. When we stay downtown we feel safe to walk to and from without fear but we realize not everyone stares the same views and experiences.

Summary: We had so much fun in Nashville, walked to Broadway everyday listening to great music. Loved Printers Alley, the Aracade and all the History in the City.Uber or Lyft back every night (don’t use Taxi Service). Loved Printers Alley and the History in the City. Summary: Great communication with the managers. I think their names were Liz and Taylor. Very helpful when our plans had a hiccup. Concert we were there for was postponed for a day due to weather. Luckily, they could accomidate us for an extra day. Only wish it had been a bit bigger deck, but it was fine for us.

Summary: We loved this place - well equipped kitchen - comfortable beds and living room furniture - lovely view of the river and close to everything in Nashville. Plus free parking! Huge bonus in Nashville where parking costs are a nightmare.The bedroom nearest the front door seemed to experience more noise than the bedroom close to the living room but overall, the place was pretty quiet.The place was renovated and lovely except for one very glaring thing: the water closet (the separate room containing the toilet, bathtub, and shower) is in serious need of a renovation. The enamel was peeling off the tub and looked terrible. This was particularly disconcerting because I had to get down on my knees and wash my hair under the bathtub tap because the rusty rainshower head had no water pressure and I would never have been able to get the soap out of my hair. Also, just a picky thing, there was no shower mat and I slipped several times getting out of the shower. Lastly, it is impossible to get tile flooring such as this clean and the grout looked filthy.I'm not sure why they renovated the whole place and left the water closet in such a state.I know this sounds negative but other than this, we really did love the place.

Summary: We had a great time on our weekend away. The condo was clean and modern. I appreciated the extras, like charging stations in the bedrooms and living room, a full spice rack, and suggestions for places to see. We saw lots of great bands downtown, which were a quick Uber/Lyft ride (ranging from 9-20, depending on day/time), walked to the Farmer’s Market for food and shopping, and even relaxed by the pool. Owners were friendly and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend this location if you’re planning a trip to Nashville.
