Positive: For a family, this was great. I loved that they had a dedicated nappy bin in our room. The room was a good size and the staff were very friendly. All the amenities were available. Access to the department store was good.

Negative: The bar was hidden and I only discovered it on the final night.

Negative: I travel to Japan 2-3 times a year and stay at this hotel. We had a group of 5 traveling this time. We started with a 3 night stay at this hotel and ended it with a 2 night stay. Never once has this hotel recognized my stay or offered a room upgrade.

Summary: Convenience to the station and Odakyu line and stores makes this an ideal hotel for me.

Positive: The hotel was clean, easy to get to and the food was AMAZING (diverse, tasty and healthy). The hotel is right next to the train station and a big shopping center--where you have even more delicious culinary options to chose from. Easy travel to Haneda airport (by shuttle about 2 hours, by car about 1 hour).
