Summary: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was polite, courteous and accommodating. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. The hotel was in a great location; walking distance to the train station, restaurants, retail shopping stores and a full service grocery store.

Summary: The room was clean and had everything I needed. The air conditioner worked well. Although, I selected a non-smoking room, I was still able to smell the smoke coming in through the vents. I am very sensitive to smell and smoke and it was quite bothersome. I also found it inconvenient to have to step up to enter the bathroom. I always worried that I could potentially trip by stepping out of the bathroom. The room was very dated, it definitely needs to be updated. It was difficult to communicate with staff and in the end I was charged an extra fee of almost $40 that I have no idea what it was for. I booked this room for a business trip and I will definitely not be staying here again.
