*We do not provide propane for the BBQ, but sometimes there is some left behind by other guests. You are welcome to bring your own or fill up the tank we provide.

Summary: Spent the weekend celebrating Christmas. The house was perfect for all of us. So roomy, comfortable and accommodated all our needs and activities!

Summary: The property was thoughtfully put together and themed, so that was fun. Items provided in the kitchen were great! We made a couple meals and had everything we needed. It was great for the group. Gave a 4 rating for the cleanliness and upkeep because all ceiling fans and chandeliers hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. (Just don’t look up). One hammock was broken but the other 2 were great. The hot tub was like a luke warm bath, and we couldn’t adjust the temp higher than 97. Which sounds hot but isn’t. We had an issue in the master bath toilet on a weekend, so the amount of time it took to get someone there wasn’t unreasonable but it wasn’t quick either. Overall we had a fun stay, and none of the things listed made it so we wouldn’t recommend the place. I am sure by how responsive the property manager is, those things may be fixed by the next time someone stays.

Summary: Large house in Heber City. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of room for everyone. Really liked that there was plenty to keep the kids occupied with Foosball, hot tub, and a great downstairs entertainment area. Family felt really relaxed and comfortable (the beds were very comfortable). Kitchen and house in general was well stocked with the typical necessities. The drive was not bad for day trips into Salt Lake, Park City, or to Jordanelle lake. Grocery shopping is just a couple minutes away. Loved it, would stay again.

Summary: We had a great weekend with all of our adult kids plus two dogs in Heber for a quick getaway. The home has lots of blankets and a nice fireplace for the chilly months (which is much of the year in Heber). Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware, etc. It was nice to have two gathering areas so we could separate gamers and movie watchers. The basement bunk rooms were very cold but warmed up nicely with the electric wall heaters. There was a scheduling glitch with the cleaning crew so when we arrived the first evening the house hadn’t been cleaned, beds had no linens, etc. The property manager responded very quickly when I texted, and took care of the problem immediately. Excellent and professional handling of an unexpected situation. The house is in the middle of a normal neighborhood, not like a vacation home area, but it was quiet at night and conveniently located. Would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Fantastic property! Great communication with property manager. Everything was as described. Spacious rooms and bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Fully stocked kitchen. It even had "bonus" kitchen appliances like an air fryer, crock pot, and a Keurig-type coffee maker as well as a regular type one. There were plenty of blankets throughout the house, and even a few games & puzzles. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would 100% stay here again.

Summary: This was such a fun place for 6 adults and 9 kids (age 3-16) to hang out and enjoy a few days of spring break together. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, but easy to find. It was great proximity to Park City, a walmart, and Heber downtown. The neighborhood park has tons of grassy area to run and play. We loved the two living areas for gathering in groups. The upstairs one was perfect for cozy movie nights, and the downstairs was great when smaller kids needed some down-time in the afternoons. The kitchen is well-stocked and well-set up. The table seats 8, and the bar area seats quite a few more. With the open concept into the living room there is plenty of space to be together and chat.

Summary: Property was exactly as described. Clean, easy access and good location. This was our second year staying here for a ski competition at Soldier Hollow. Will definitely keep coming back!
