This beautiful ocean view solar studio with new 35' lap pool and swim up bar, is located in the guarded & gated community of Laguna Hills, just 6 miles east of downtown San Jose Del Cabo, and only 3 miles to Flora Farm. This is a very safe and secure neighborhood. And a short walk down to the beach, you’ll find Buzzards Bar & Grill where Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served. Brunch only on Sunday.
There is a new restaurant, Vera-Neo’s which is also on the beach serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as live music on Monday nights. From November to March, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the migrating humpback and grey whales as they pass by.
Swimming is very safe during the winter months on our beach, and in the spring, surfing is just up the east cape road along with several new restaurants, Zai Sushi, The Shade, Lateral Tacos, and a couple others.
In addition to the studio, there is another unit that can be rented on the property which also sleeps just 2 adults. Ask about having the whole place to yourselves as that can be arranged for a discount.

Summary: Kim's place was amazing. Everything very tastefully done and well thought out with great amenities and the views were more amazing than the online pictures. It is in a nice quiet area and a great place just to relax. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the cabo area.

Summary: Pictures dont do it justice! The architecture and design of this property is perfect. The views are breathtaking and the pool is cool and relaxing. Kim is a wonderful hostess and full of knowledge of the area.

Summary: This place is everything!!!! The sights, sounds and view of the ocean is incredible! The pool was a perfect touch after morning walks or walking around San Jose. We had no issues whatsoever. Kim is soooo helpful and informative, basically our Google search engine for all the things great about the town (from food to ambiance). We will be back! It’s such a perfect place to relax and enjoy all that San Jose gives you!

Summary: This place exceeded expectations. Kim is the hostess with the mostess! The view from the studio was nourishing to the soul. I was looking for some quiet after spending a week in Cabo San Lucas. This place is heaven. I loved hanging out with the guests that were staying in the other unit also. Back to Hawaii I go. Aloha

Summary: Kim’s studio is perfect. We found everything we needed and more. Gorgeous ocean view from the front porch (so many whale sightings!), lovely and large outdoor living spaces, so many spots to relax with a book, and a delightful pool. Summary: The property is very relaxed and quiet, has beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez.. whales jumping can see from the studio while in bed and at the pool. Great location.

Summary: Nice suite with great ocean views, and everything you’d need. Two restaurants nearby in 5 min walk (Buzzards and Vera-Neo), but 15 minute drive into San Jose for the restaurants there in the evening . If you want a quiet stay, this is the place.
