Summary: I booked a room in July for a September stay. Although I planned to go with my girlfriend, I confirmed a booking for 1 vs 2 people. If I had chosen a booking at the time for 2 people, the additional charge would have been $160 USD. Rather than rectify the situation upon arrival, they assure me everything will be fine and urged me to sign multiple documents and enjoy my stay. Later I find a charge for $1,000 USD. During my stay I went to the front desk to fix the error, but I was informed that $1,000 USD is the price and there’s nothing I could do. Things like this destroy peoples experiences. Not because of the final price, but because they made me feel like a moron. I will not be going back unless they resolve this.

Summary: The property is outdated. Rooms are fairly clean but old. My partner was constantly bitten by bugs in the bed. The food option is limited and the quality of food is as awful.
