Summary: We enjoyed our time in St Augustine and at this particular unit, we had a some concerns compared to previous rentals. One of our concerns was the privacy/safety. The front room window had very poor blinds (didn’t even cover full window) and was very loud at night. Grant it, we stayed probably one of the busiest weeks but still was hard for our kiddos to fall asleep. Also, if your kiddos are older this unit doesn’t really work. TV was small and rarely worked in that room. Master bed blinds also very poor and allowed tons of sun light in the mornings. Be prepared to be up at sunrise. The bathrooms were really small and although this is a personal preference the couches were not comfortable to sit on. Same for the chairs in the dining room. Lastly, the beach items left behind for use were worthless. Umbrellas, boogie board, etc broken. Will more than likely return to the area but probably not this particular unit. It will work for a quick weekend getaway but for an entire week it didn’t fit our needs completely. Owner was great and communicated well. Was also clean for the most part. All in all, 4 out of 5 for us.

Summary: We loved our stay at the Wave home. It was perfect and just the way it was described. The beach access was awesome. We loved swimming in ocean. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The nearby donut shop, ice cream shop and beachcomer restaurant all were awesome and super close to the condo. Needless to say we will be returning and looking to book here again. The process was so easy and Meg made it so easy. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. We loved it

Summary: This property is wonderful and has everything you could ask for. The beach access is great. They have two pools and many hot tubs. It's so close to many of the things to see and nice restaurants. Lack of staff is still severely impacting the restaurants in the area but room has everything if you don't want to go out for every meal. Hosts are very accessible and helpful.

Summary: Absolutely loved this condo!! The second room was perfect with the triple bunk bed! The owner did a great job of communicating with us and put together a nice binder with loads of info for guest. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying ahain!!
