Beautiful Second Floor, End Unit Condo with ocean views from every window. Watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or tea in the mornings and walk the beach in the evenings. A perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a family retreat.
This Paradise condo is a one bedroom, one bath and includes a queen size sleeper sofa. The condo is very cozy and has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a washer/dryer.
A lifeguard station is located right out front, and beach access is right outside your door. You are literally steps from the beach.
You are within a 3-minute walk to the Boardwalk and its shops, restaurants and entertainment as well as the marina and main strip.
You will have your own private fireworks show many nights during peak season! You won't even need to leave the balcony.
"Paradise" is on the 2nd floor, stairs required (no elevator). Two parking spots are offered and located right at the base of the stairwell.
The condo is a part of a 9 unit building making it very quaint and not an overpowering complex.

Summary: It was a lovely little condo facing the beach. I always take bug spray with me when we travel,I never had to use it….I never saw a single bug!!!! You are asked to rinse yourself off after being on the beach but we could never get into this area. There were just two things that need an upgrade, a new shower curtain liner and the couch really sinks in!!! Overall I would stay here again!,,,,,

Summary: “Paradise” is the perfect relaxing long weekend getaway spot. The place was clean and well taken care of. The sunrise was absolutely gorgeous, the perfect view. I will definitely come back and stay here again. The host was absolutely great!

Summary: Every aspect of this stay was wonderful. We cannot overstate the sense of peace that we experienced while sitting on the deck just watching and listening to the ocean. Very convenient location for local restaurants and just a short ride to Wilmington. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We will most definitely be back. Joe and Ana.

Summary: Wonderful location, checks all the boxes and super nice to have your access just steps form the beach. Loved to sit on the porch in evening and morning; totally relaxing.

Summary: One of the best locations on Carolina Beach, stayed in this building since 1996. The interior was unkept, couch needed to go to the dump. Rugs were filthy, could have at least washed the bathroom rug. Deck makes feet black. Tub/shower stained. Door molding sticking up about three inches is very dangerous going out on the deck.
