Located just south of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and a short stroll from the famous Ocean Grill Tiki Bar and Carolina Beach Greenway, this two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the Salty Hammocks complex is in the perfect location to relax and unwind.
Nearly everything in this unit is brand new and you can see the ocean from almost every room!! The view from the main living space is literally floor to ceiling with the oversized 3 pane sliding door connecting you to the ocean. The main bedroom suite has beautiful feature wall with a stunning king size platform bed and adjoining full bathroom complete with tub and shower. The second bedroom has an adult size/adult rated full over full bunk arrangement with its own balcony on the west side of the unit. It also features a twin size trundle bed for additional sleeping arrangements for children.
Since it is so close to the water and on the 3rd floor, the ocean is literally all you can see through the front windows making you feel like you are one with the sea. The stove faces the beach so you can watch the waves while you cook. The ocean facing deck is larger than most condos and it is covered which is a rare find for top floor units. This is crucial after a hot day on the beach or when it is raining and you still want to sit outside and gaze into the horizon.
The kitchen boasts ample counter space, stainless appliances, Keurig coffee maker and seating for 9. A third private balcony off the kitchen lets in more natural light. The kitchen opens up to the main living space so you are never far away from family and friends. The sofa in the main living space pulls out to a queen size bed to offer more sleeping options.
The unit is well stocked with plenty of extras including beach gear (beach cart, 6 adult chairs, kids chairs, umbrella, tent, body boards, paddle ball and bocce ball), Home Mini for music/questions/weather, smart TVs in every room, white noise machines in both bedrooms, charging station for phones/ipads, Tiki Ring Toss game, books, puzzles, board games, toys, coloring supplies and more! All TVs have built in Roku so you can login to your own streaming services as well.

Summary: This was our first trip to Carolina beach. We fell in love with this property! The location is perfect, it’s super clean, and beautifully decorated. The owners go above and beyond with sound machines as well as phone/ I pad chargers readily available to use. We will definitely book again in the future.

Summary: Beautiful area. Condo was very clean & beautifully decorated. Completely furnished & kitchen stocked with kitchenware to cook. Balcony is oceanfront with ample space for everyone to hang out. By far, the best unit we have ever stayed in. The only problem, our trip wasn’t long enough.

Summary: The listing lives up to the photos! Beautiful, clean.. Nice flooring. Keurig. Lots of TV channels. Great location. Equipped kitchen with spices…aluminum foil and cling wrap. Loved sitting in a chair with a front-row view of pelicans flying by. The furniture is in great shape and clean. Comfy bed. Beautifully furnished with nice decor. We were here for a winter escape and it was perfect.

Summary: The deck is the selling feature. I sat on the cozy couch with the cozy throw blanket and watched the sunrise every morning. We used the screen door to get ocean sounds all day long as we gazed at the ocean enjoying the expansive views. The condo has everything you need and more.
