Summary: Great vacation, awesome view, clean, private pool all you need

Summary: Ocean view yes, however access to the beach is almost 80 steep steps down a CLIFF, not mentioned in listing, very difficult! Not handicapped/disabled access by any means, a challenge for older people, should be clarified! Not central AC, dated window units that need cleaning. Pool/patio area beautiful! Bedrooms small, only 3, but 2 pullout couches for sleeping and NO AC downstairs which gets very hot. Overall generally clean for a rental, when initially got there, house was quite hot and had a musty summer cape smell from being closed up, dispersed after about 2-3hrs with all windows open and all fans/AC blowing. Access to stores and restaurants for pretty much everything all within 10min drive

Summary: The bedroom layout worked very well for us, my husband and I, the grandparents, stayed on main floor, our son and daughter in law with one child stayed in an upstairs room and our daughter in the other, our son with 2 children stayed on the first floor, everyone had their own space for naps. I also liked all the homey touches. We enjoyed the beach but us older folks tried to keep it to one down and one trip up the stairs each day so it was fantastic to have the pool. The gating made it easy to hang out outside with the toddlers. One suggestion, I think another couch in the living room would make it more comfortable to gather inside.

Summary: We stayed for a week with our children and grandchildren and really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and swim in the pool. The view from the living room is amazing. I was concerned about the steps to the beach, but they are safe and have periodic landings to rest. There is also an option to get to the beach without all the steps. We had amazing weather and have fond memories of our week in Plymouth. Amy was a fantastic host, and it was very easy to communicate with her.

Summary: We had a very relaxing family vacation staying at this comfortable and clean beach house, which also had a pool for all of us (including 3 under the age of 2) to enjoy anytime! We also enjoyed the beautiful beach, even climbing back up the 82 stairs as we enjoyed resting on each landing and the beautiful view!

Summary: The week was amazing. But they did not show the never ending stairway(4 steep flights) to get to the beach! The pictures made it look like it was on the same level. Also you think would get a premium television service, there were only 4 or 5 channels. Also no washer or dryer and the basement that had a full bedroom had no AC and smelled musty so we were unable to use that entire level. The house was nice but a bit dated. The pool was amazing. The landscapers and pool guy came in the middle of a beautiful day they should do those services on Saturday while cleaning is being done and no one is there between 10 and 4. The umbrellas were small and torn. Really upset with walk to the beach, we are in our 60s and could only use beach a couple times.
