The stunning home offers unbelievable privacy and manicured grounds in an idyllic, waterfront setting spread of 4 acres. As you enter the property through the winding driveway that runs along Fresh Pond, you will find yourself immersed in mature trees and plantings that provide your escape from the world. Past the trees emerges the stately home nestled among the natural landscape. Designed to blend with its surroundings the home has multi-tiered patios all connected by gorgeous natural stone walls.
At the top of the driveway, you find something few homes have, your own custom basketball court with professional outdoor surfacing and glass backboard. Follow the inlaid stone stairs down to the entry of the home amidst gardens and green grass.
Inside you are greeted with an entryway that leads directly into a screened in porch with sweeping views of Fresh Pond beyond. To your right follow the hallway past the bunk room and into the Great Room. With soaring ceilings, the area offers a sense of comfort and richness that will surround you. A large flat screen television is perfect for watching a game or movie. The Great Room leads out to a stone patio complete with large gas grill and rolling lawn beyond.
Wind your way back through the entryway and past another first floor bedroom with queen size bed. Beyond you will find the kitchen and dining area. For the chef in the family, you will not be disappointed. We have spared no expense in providing the best appliances (Bosch, DCS Cooking, Thermador) to make working in the kitchen a pleasure. Not only is there a large dining area on this open space, but there are also couches and comfortable chairs along with another large television. It provides the perfect spot for the whole family to gather and relax anytime, day or night.
Heading upstairs you will find the master suite which is sure to impress. A top line queen size bed with pond views and a master bathroom with a shower and a tub soothing the body and soul.
Heading back downstairs and into the lower level you will find another queen size bedroom and full bathroom, along with laundry. Just off this bedroom is an amazing fitness room complete workout set and television. Perfect for the fitness buff or the weekend warrior!

Summary: Incredible property! Beautiful pond views from the house, quiet street, room for everyone. Peaceful and comfortable layout with plenty of parking, basketball court is a perk and a perfect yard for lawn games. Very close to shops and restaurants. Fantastic stay!

Summary: The house was clean, but the mildew smell overwhelming, particularly in the entry and downstairs where one bedroom is. The one bathroom was unusable because the mildew smell was so bad. We also had no hot water in the morning. The property manager did come out to fix the water problem within the hour. They don’t mention this in the description, but there are a lot of steep stairs, and the bedrooms are on three different floors. The owner needs to have it inspected for mold and remediation needs to be done asap. My clothes reeked when I got home. Beautiful location and the house itself was nice, but that smell ruined it for us!

Summary: The house was exactly as it was advertised. Very clean and spacious. We were in Plymouth for a wedding and had family from out of town staying at the house with us. Having 3 bathrooms made it very easy for all of us to get ready at the same time. We truly enjoyed our stay there.

Summary: This house was perfect for our girls Weeknd!! Landscaping was beautiful, and loved the master! We had a great time. Some cob webs that could have been taken care of but overall wonderful! Could use more towels and some hooks on the doors to hang your towel when down. Just a suggestion.

Summary: The property is wonderful! The lake is beautiful and we had a great time being able to paddleboard on such a great spot. It is quiet and away from people so it allows for a great time to just get away. The house is very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. Great place to stay!

Summary: Beautiful piece of property on a quiet pond. The central air was a bit of nuisance. The temperature kept going up which resulted in the bunkbed room being quite warm for sleeping. The bedroom on the lowest level is a bit musty, stay clear if you have allergies or a fear of bugs (spiders, centipedes, ants). Beautiful kitchen and common spaces. Master suite also beautiful, however the jacuzzi jets are out of order. Nice fire pit area and dock to hang out on.
