Cozy PET FRIENDLY, Ground floor unit (no stairs), oceanfront condo on the Estero Bluffs with your own PRIVATE deck, just a few steps away from putting your toes in the sand. This one bedroom unit overlooks beautiful tidepools. You’re just a short walk to the heart of downtown, filled with quaint antique shops, local restaurants and the pier. Cozy up in front of a state of the art electric fireplace. Sleep soundly on a king size memory foam bed. There is an oversized chair in living room that folds out to a twin sized bed for an extra guest. Fully stocked kitchen, (drip coffee maker). Enjoy an outdoor barbecue on your PRIVATE deck. Your bathroom is a shower/tub combo, it is also stocked with a blow dryer. As stated we welcome your fur baby as long as they under 30 lbs water and food bowls are provided. Feel free to use the on site coin operated laundry for your convenience.

Summary: Hubby and I had an amazing and relaxing time celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary at this well appointed Condo in Cayucos. The condo comes with all the amenities needed with the comforts of home including a very comfortable king size bed. The host provided delicious coffee beans as a nice touch! The towels are soft, the kitchen utensils and small appliances are also in nice working condition. We canceled our reservations for our anniversary dinner and enjoyed grilling fish for tacos paired with a wonderful bottle of wine instead because the views from the deck were so amazing. We are already talking about when we will return!

Summary: We had a Wonderful stay and the views did not disappoint!! It was so Peaceful & Relaxing and the space was perfect for my wife, our 2 small dogs & myself. Would definitely come back again!!

Summary: Shannon was great in answering questions right away. The location is great, quiet and right at the beach with access to it. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. We hope we can return to it.

Summary: We so enjoyed our stay .... property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well stocked way beyond our expectations! The owner was most helpful and very pleasant We highly recommend this property for anyone who enjoys being at the ocean with a spectacular view from the balcony.

Summary: Had a lovely stay at this condo. The condo is larger than the photos show. Fantastic views from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Walked on the beach every day and explored the cute town and lovely shops. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and are planning to stay in the future.
