Welcome to our modern and chic Cayucos cottage studio!
Perched upon the hillsides of southern Cayucos, enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views of Estero Bay and Harmony Headlands, from your private patio space or your newly remodeled gourmet kitchen, stocked with all the cooking essentials you need!
This cottage is dog friedly with easy access to nearby trails and beach access.
The Space
This space is an ideal fit for two. The cottage includes two dedicated parking spaces - one snug driveway spot and a convenient street parking space just steps from the entrance. Guests are welcome to use the EV charger upon request.
As you enter our newly renovated modern yet cozy, bright cottage, enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views from the kitchen and living space, while cozying up next to the electric fireplace. Our living room is the perfect space to relax while reading next to the fire or watching your favorite TV programs in the plush modern leather lounge chairs. A fully stocked, state-of-the-art, kitchen with new appliances, and a convenient washer/dryer combo provide the perfect space to cook any meal. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee (or locally provided tea) at our kitchen table for two, out at the bistro table on the front patio, or take it to go while walking your pup down to beach!
Turning to the bedroom space, enjoy the convenient Murphey Bed setup, allowing for a super cozy and comfortable sleep at night, yet maximing space during the day. Turn on the in-suite electric fireplace to take the chill out of the coastal air, while relaxing and ending your day. The studio offers a bathroom conveniently located next to the bedroom space and features a spacious rain shower with a modern aesthetic.
Stepping out to your front patio, enjoy your own private modern succulent garden space, backdroped with ocean views. From the patio space you are only minutes away to nearby trail heads, spanning to dozens of miles of open space and only a short walk to nearby dog-friendly beach entrances. We live on the property above the cottage with our dog and are generally available in case guests require anything. The cottage is located under the top unit’s deck, but does not share any walls.

Summary: This property was amazing. In such a convenient location close to dog beach and town. So clean with all conveniences needed. I was concerned about the Murphy bed being uncomfortable but it was very comfortable. Will stay again.

Summary: This nicely decorated studio was perfect for my 4 day getaway. It had everything I could possibly need and was very clean. The location was was easy to get to and the beach was minutes away. Again, it was perfect!

Summary: What a beautiful little cottage. Everything was clean and ell arranged. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. I loved the amenities. It was so nice walking my dog around the neighborhood. People are so friendly! I love ❤️ the cool beach community vibe. I would definitely book this property again. Summary: Nice clean studio with some ocean view. Hosts were great about checking if we needed anything and also if we needed any recommendations on places to go locally. Great neighborhood, very restful at night but close to the great beaches nearby. We ended up not bringing our dog as planned and host made sure to refund that part of payment right away. Has most appliances and tools you need in kitchen too. Great place!
