From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The warm welcome from the staff, the breathtaking beach views, and the luxurious villa itself - everything exceeded our expectations. The villa's beachfront location was absolute perfection. We spent hours lounging by the pool, taking dips in the crystal-clear waters, and watching the sunset over the ocean. The kids had an absolute blast playing on the beach, and we loved the convenience of having direct access to the shore. The pool was immaculately maintained, and the surrounding gardens were beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed spending time in the outdoor living areas, taking in the tranquil atmosphere and soaking up the sun. But what truly made our stay special was the exceptional staff. Negative: In toilet, lack of jet spray/closet bidet was a disappointment, as by default in most South East Asian countries and properties it is common. But to be honest, this was still manageable

Positive: The property consisting of 3 villas (we were 5 adults and 4 children) and each family had their own villa. Outstanding service by Ayu and her staff. Christmas dinner was provided and was very good. Thank you Chef! The pool area could not be better with a private beach at the bottom

Positive: The Staff were wonderful and Ayu The Manager was exceptional and no request was too small for her. There were 10 women at the resort for my 70th for 7 nights and all requests were handled expediently and to a high standard. We all very much enjoyed our BBQ night and our Family Meal night both of which were extra special. The Villas are typical Balinese design with ornate wood carvings. The bedrooms were very spacious and were air-conditioned with fans. The infinity pool was used every day and maintained beautifully. We all enjoyed watching all the shipping coming in and out during the day. Grounds have discreet security of a night and we all felt very safe. There are several restaurants, cafes and stores just a short walk away. Those that did venture down to the ocean to snorkel found an abundance of sea life.

Negative: Only a minor complaint is that as we were women there wasn't enough hanging space or wardrobes in the bedrooms. Also, as we were all over 60 some found it difficult to go down to the ocean via the stairs as they were very slippery, covered in moss and the path to the sandy area was very rocky. Perhaps new stairs could be arranged directly accessing the clear sandy beach area.

Positive: Amazing traditional resort style villa set amongst gorgeous landscaped grounds, right on the beach near Candidasa. Lovely staff lead by the wonderful Ayu who assists you with every request imaginable and delicious food from the incredible chef.
