Huge roof deck (30x 40’)- towers over 20 feet above the dunes and well over all the surrounding buildings. Views in all directions, you can even see the bay and mainland. Spectacular sunset view.
2nd floor Great Room is 12 feet above the dunes and has a panoramic unobstructed easterly view of the Atlantic ocean, dunes and miles of beach north and south of surf city. Reverse Living, open floor plan with Galley kitchen, top of the line cabinets with Granite countertops, dining and living area featuring 10-foot ceilings, gas fireplace, floor to ceiling windows on three sides, large screen HD TV, and a dining and sun deck. A magnificent sunrise and Ocean setting. Large dining deck with patio furniture and sun deck facing the beach. Oversized 4 Piece Sectional with pull out bed, chaise Lounge, recliner and massage.

Summary: I picked this property for a small intimate wedding. The private walkway lit with tea lights was perfect. The kitchen was large enough for our chef and servers. The owners were very responsive to all my questions and worked with my requests which facilitated a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this property . Location. Location. Location ☀️🕶️🏖️

Summary: Great location and views. House was very clean. Needs some TLC - lightbulbs out, batteries in remotes dead, screens torn. Otherwise was very clean and comfortable.

Summary: Wonderful house right on the beach with plenty of room for a large group of friends and family. The view and ease of walking right out to the ocean cannot be beat. It is also walking distance to shops, resturants, ice cream, minature golf, and bars. Game room on the lower floor was wonderful when it rained. There is something for everyone. Would stay again!

Summary: We had a weekend vacation and had some family over to celebrate our wedding and a 60th birthday. The elevator was key for us and older family members. The patio was a perfect entertaining spot! Loved the deck and the view. Sunsets and sunrises were viewed from the rooftop. I've never stayed in a place so close to the beach and water. Would stay again and highly recommend. Thanks Klaus for sharing your home with us!

Summary: We spent Easter with the family on the beach and this house was a dream vacation! The kids loved the game room and the adults took advantage of the spectacular views of the beach on the deck. It was exactly what our family needed. We made life long memories and I hope to stay here again! Klaus was amazing and so very helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Summary: This place is sitting exactly where you want to be and when the sun goes down there is plenty to do right in the basement! The house is more spacious than the photos make it seem especially on the upper floor where the kitchen/dining/lounging area is. The second floor lounge area is also bigger and the master bedroom/bathroom is palatial.
