Positive: The room was great but maybe a bit outdated. Some things could be updated, especially the tennis courts which are completely overgrown. But everything was clean and we would stay here again!

Positive: Spacious room with gas fireplace, kitchen and two bathrooms. This is a timeshare that rents rooms. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Newer carpeting. Quiet and close to Fort Adams. Beautiful view of the ocean.

Negative: It wasn’t immediately clear where we were to check-in or park - this is different from the Ocean Cliff Resort brick building. It is a grey building to the left of the Resort. Also, the tennis courts were overgrown in the backyard.

Negative: The place is in need of repairs and updating The location is beautiful but the decor is old the furiture is uncomfortable and looks dingy and dirty. I can br a really beauyiful place is someone jnvested to repair the outside modernize the inside and clean up thw tennis courts that are overrun with weeds and cracking.

Negative: Was advertised as a hotel but had no housekeeping. It was more of an AirB&B than a hotel. You and to strip your own bed before you checked out. Location 15 minute drive from downtown area. Overpriced and not accurately presented.
