Positive: Great location and very comfortable place to stay.

Negative: We had one hiccup in the beginning with our unit not being cleaned. The property manager handled it and the cleaning people arrived within 30 mins of our arrival. They cleaned and we were back in business.

Summary: Our party of 8 that rented 2 units had a great time and would recommend this place to others.

Positive: Perfect location very close to all of the dining and activities that we were doing. The property itself was beautiful. It was so well appointed decorated perfectly with the nautical theme. The colors were beautiful it was roomy enough for the five of us although we only stayed overnight. We were very comfortable. Beds were comfortable all in all, extraordinarily nice property and I’d love to stay there again. And oh by the way, the porthole mirror in the bathroom is awesome

Negative: My wife had one tiny complaint in the larger red bedroom. There was no place to put her bag when we arrived. We could only use the bed or the floor other than that it was perfect.

Summary: Loved Newport and the Irish American Inn was perfect Thank you for your diligence in thinking about your guests!!

Negative: Accommodation was right above the bar, which we knew about. There is poor-to-no soundproofing to the bar area right below our rooms. On our last night (last day of Newport Jazz festival) there were karaoke singers that could be heard very clearly through the floors and walls. They were bad. It was hard for us and the kids to fall asleep
