Summary: This property has potential to be incredible. But walking in to smell a noticeable gas/propane leak was not ideal. The property is breathtaking. Overall, it seemed overpriced for what the property actually had to offer.

Summary: What breakfast lunch or dinner . Unknown until we got there that the restaurant was closed for two days. Our room was a flight and a half up with little effort to help with luggage . Day two they served a continental breakfast. For booking at such a beautiful place by way of pictures,it was a total disgrace especially with what you paid . And it was about 20 minutes from downtown. Staff was 1 person front desk,2 cleaning ladies 1 guy doing general things. No bar nothing .Tell me what were we paying for ,other then an empty catering hall.

Summary: The place was beautiful. That said,,,the shower was moldy, no place to do my hair and makeup..and what really erked me was the hair that wasnt mine that I saw places..oh and you cant control the air conditioner in your room, and when you ask them to turn it down they say they can but it doesnt change, they brought me a fan that didnt blow, and then an industrial fan, try doing hair and makeup for a wedding in a 75 degree humid room with an industrial fan. I may be menopausal but no one actually cared to ask how my stay was. But the beds were very comfortable

Summary: Beautiful location, but oddly not standard amenities such as ice or vending. No thermostat in the room, but the desk did adjust the temperature for us. The continental breakfast was awful. Stale bagels and not much to choose from for fruit, etc. Buildings are not marked with much signage and finding where to check-in was a challenge. Also staff was unable to answer questions about some popular local attractions. Gorgeous views, but overall disappointing.

Summary: There is no direction. It was a project to even find the front desk. Room was as expected, very old looking. Very few hotel employees interacted with us. Hard to find people to help.
