You get the amenities of the resort, including pools, tennis courts, and fishing ponds. The private patio faces southeast for maximum sun exposure. The unit has updated furniture and appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. It has 3 TVs, including a 40”HD TV w/cable and DVD, free private wireless internet access, a queen sleeper sofa, ceiling fans and plenty of closet space. Master suite includes large king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and private full bathroom. The guest bedroom is complete with two comfortable twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, and dressers. The living area bedrooms are tiled. The Villa sleeps 6 comfortably. Third floor unit, no elevator.

Summary: The rental was perfect. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We were close to the beach, pool, and hot tub. There are restaurants and things to do within walking distance or a short drive. It was a quick drive to the popular downtown area as well. We loved it here.

Summary: My family has vacationed at the St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort for decades. We love the facilities and the location right on St. Augustine Beach. This unit we rented was clean and well appointed with a comfortable king bed in the master suite. The beach was a 3-minute walk and we could see the ocean and the sunrise from our balcony! The pools and hot tubs were nice and well maintained. The Wi-Fi internet through Comcast was fast. We didn't receive check-in instructions before we arrived, so we ended up paying an extra last-minute fee for a parking pass, but we were able to contact the owner by phone after we arrived and get all the info we needed to get inside. We would definitely rent here again!
