Summary: A unique stay. Great location. Comfy beds. The staff were amazing, very helpful. Provided great service. The continental breakfast was exceptional, with fresh fruit, cereals, juice, selection of breads, coffee & tea. The bar in the evening was a great location to unwind.

Summary: This was the most elegant place we have ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was superb. The area was quiet with places to eat nearby, was quite a ways from old town, but worth it. We hated to leave!

Summary: Stayed for one night to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and loved it! We were in the Kenmore Guinness suite and it was really spacious. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, the cocktails in the bar were very nice and breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay again

Summary: We loved everything about our stay on the Ocean Mist. The location is excellent, we hadn’t pre booked a parking space (I must have missed the email) but they were able to accommodate us anyway. Fabulous since we parked the car up for a couple of days and used public transport. it’s really easy to reach the city centre, the tram is just a couple of minutes away. There are lots of surrounding restaurants to choose from. The ship itself is charming, our cabin was really spacious -much larger than expected. Very quiet too. The bar area and outside deck are great, we had a lovely time sitting on the deck in the sunshine watching the world go by. Continental breakfast is plentiful, the staff were friendly (Toni). A final big thank you to Daniel, the Duty Manager who kindly forwarded some items we left behind. We’ll definitely stay again.

Summary: First of all, it was not apparent to us when we made a reservation that THIS IS A BOAT! Since we're avid boaters we were delighted to learn that our hotel was floating. This is a charming hotel and the staff were especially friendly. Our only issues were that the breakfast room is quite small and we had a hard time finding a place to sit. Also, since it is a boat our bathroom floor was quite sloped and we had concerns about slipping on the tiled floor, which was very slick.
