Positive: I like the big balcony that I can hang in there to relax and let my diving gears and swimsuits dry at the balcony. There is water to clean up the sand before going to the room which is nice.

Negative: The floor in the room has a bit of gap that the air conditioner is hard to keep in the room that I have to turn the AC on all the time otherwise the room gets muggy. ( mosquitoes might fly into the room from that gap)

Summary: To be in short, it is nice and comfortable with a small kitchen that I can make some simple meals for myself.

Negative: The overwhelming smell of cleaner/fabuloso upon arrival lasting two days. One roll of toilet paper. No hot water. Windows were extremely difficult to open close. Could not raise the blinds. Lights on deck could not be turned off. No hose for washing off sand/beach gear. Electric not charcoal "grill." Holes in the flooring. Guests upstairs are very loud through the ceiling.
